Job requirements

As our new Account Manager, it is your job to make sure that our clients achieve their desired outcomes using our platform and help them be the most successful as possible. Working closely with our Sales, Products and Support team, you are the voice of the customer within the company as you are responsible for:


  • Leading the implementation and onboarding processes of (new) clients;

  • Driving product adoption: converting contracted customers to satisfied, active users of the Openclaims platform;

  • Expanding product usage and revenue at existing clients;

  • Building and maintaining exceptional relationships with clients and stakeholders;

  • Being the voice of the customer: translate demands, questions and data to tangible product requirements, process improvements and proposals;

  • Developing and executing new product strategies and methodologies from a Customer Success perspective.


You are managing large, international enterprise clients with high-value and long-term contracts. In this phase, you are also commercially responsible for ‘growing’ the client account through cross-selling and product expansion. At the end of the day, you care about our clients. You understand what they are working on, what their objectives are, and what they want to accomplish with the use of our products.


YOU OFFER

  • At least two years of working experience in a B2B environment; e.g. enterprise software or consultancy;

  • Proven experience in managing complex stakeholder environments;

  • Successful background in account or project management, or customer relations;

  • Proven track record of being organized and a problem solver, pay close attention to details are both quality and deadline focused;

  • Energetic, confident and flexible to take on fast-changing conditions;

  • You see data as the foundation for making important decisions The ability to be a trusted advisor and to communicate on both strategic and operational level;

  • Proficiency in Dutch and English
