What You’ll Do:

As our Customer Success Manager, you will be the linchpin of our clients’ success, guiding

them through every stage of their journey with our platform. You will be the champion of our

customers’ voices, ensuring their needs are not only met but exceeded, while also driving

product adoption and revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading Implementation and Onboarding: Seamlessly guide new clients through our implementation and onboarding processes, setting the foundation for long-term success.
  • Driving Product Adoption: Transform contracted clients into enthusiastic, active users of the Openclaims platform by showcasing its value and aligning it with their business goals.
  • Expanding Product Usage and Revenue: Strategically expand the footprint of our products within existing accounts, identifying new opportunities to drive additional value and revenue.
  • Building Exceptional Relationships: Cultivate and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with clients and stakeholders, becoming their go-to partner for success.
  • Championing the Customer’s Voice: Act as the bridge between our clients and our internal teams, translating customer insights, feedback, and data into actionable product requirements, process enhancements, and innovative proposals.
  • Innovating Customer Success Strategies: Lead the development and execution of forward-thinking product strategies and methodologies that ensure our clients are continually achieving their desired outcomes.

Job requirements

Who You Are:


You are a proactive, strategic thinker with a deep understanding of client needs and a

relentless drive to ensure their success. Managing large, international enterprise clients is

second nature to you, and you excel in environments where you can take ownership of client

growth through cross-selling and product expansion. At the heart of your approach is a

genuine care for our clients—you understand their challenges, align with their objectives,

and are committed to helping them achieve their goals with our platform.


You offer:

  • At least two years of working experience in a B2B environment; e.g. enterprise software or consultancy;

  • Proven experience in managing complex stakeholder environments;

  • Successful background in account or project management, or customer relations;

  • Proven track record of being organized and a problem solver, pay close attention to details are both quality and deadline focused;

  • Energetic, confident and flexible to take on fast-changing conditions;

  • You see data as the foundation for making important decisions The ability to be a trusted advisor and to communicate on both strategic and operational level;

  • Proficiency in Dutch and English
