Job requirements

YOUR FUTURE ROLE
As our Customer Success Manager intern, you will be the linchpin of our clients’ success, guiding

them through every stage of their journey with our platform. You will be the champion of our customers’ voices, ensuring their needs are not only met but exceeded, while also driving product adoption and revenue growth.


YOUR TASKS

You will ..

·      Attend and help prepare meetings with customers

·      Act as a point of contact for service or change requests by customers

·      Contribute to and support the implementation of new strategic decisions in the CSM department

 

YOU…

  • are a student in your final year (HBO/WO)

  • have fluent proficiency in Dutch

  • are very customer oriented

  • are a critical and analytical thinker

  • are available for at least four consecutive months 

  • are currently residing in the Netherlands
