About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated student to join our team as an Information Security Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimising our compliance processes and ensuring our adherence to ISO 27001 standards. You will also have the opportunity to explore other standards such as DORA and ISAE.

In this unique role, you will gain practical experience and take on responsibilities in compliance within a tech scale-up environment, with guidance and coaching from industry experts.

Your Responsibilities:

• Ensure ongoing compliance with ISO 27001 standards, maintaining and adhering to all relevant security protocols and procedures..

• Explore New Standards: Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new compliance standards, including DORA and ISAE 3402.

• Security Officer Duties: Act as the security officer for the company, ensuring all security protocols are followed.

• Collaborate with External Specialists: Work alongside external compliance experts to enhance our compliance strategies.

You:

• Are currently pursuing a degree in compliance, information security, or a related field

• Are precise and meticulous in your work, with a strong understanding of compliance rules.

• Are a clear and confident communicator, unafraid to interact with various stakeholders.

• Have some knowledge of IT and information security.

• Speak Dutch fluently
