Job description

With our award-winning Repair Management Platform (SaaS), we offer übersmart and high-speed processing of car repairs to our clients in the insurance, commercial fleet, and automotive industry. Not surprisingly, our client base is expanding. Releasing new platform features and products for our clients is where you come in, you are the bridge between the customer and our development team.

As our new Product Manager, you are responsible for the development process of new features and products by:

  • Coordinating and conducting customer and market research

  • Translating our new ideas and innovations into features, products, and detailed briefings.

  • Working closely with a cross-functional team of developers, designers, and other stakeholders.

  • Prioritising, organising, and creating a roadmap of new features, products, and technical enhancements.

  • Formulating and updating the long-term Openclaims strategic product vision and roadmap for your team.

  • Planning and helping to execute sprints that align with the roadmap to ensure that delivery/release schedules are met on time.

  • Validating that the developed features and products are implemented within the initial functional parameters.

  • Presenting new features and products to relevant internal and external stakeholders.

Job requirements

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Affinity with SaaS / technological B2B solutions

  • A proven track record of being well-organised, result-oriented, paying attention to detail, being a problem-solver and both quality and deadline focused

  • An energetic, entrepreneurial drive with a passion for clients

  • Ability to work in a team as well as individually

  • Fluent proficiency in English and Dutch
